This year, the Minneapolis Area Realtors® (MAR) created five new categories for real estate production awards. These included Rookie of the Year, Luxury Lister Award, Sales Momentum Award, Premier Producer Award, and Distinguished Broker Award. In its inaugural year of these awards, Keller Williams Realty Integrity Northwest in Hutchinson received a nomination for Distinguished Brokerage – Medium Brokerage (10-99 licensees).
The Distinguished Brokerage award goes to the “real estate brokerage office that has achieved the highest average transactions closed per agent this year.” MAR believes this is a brokerage that exhibits a culture of consistency and high performance, as well as a commitment to its clients, exhibiting teamwork and expertise. Other nominees included Opendoor Brokerage, LLC, in Brooklyn Center, and this year’s winner, Hometown Realty Inc., in Hutchinson.
Although we didn’t earn the award this year, we were proud to be nominated and believe that it is a reflection of our culture and willingness to put our clients first and do what it takes to find them the home of their dreams.
