As I reflect on my journey with The Broll Team since I began my real estate career in 2016, I realize how much my past experiences have shaped who I am today.
Starting in various operations roles and now serving as the Director of Operations & Talent, each step has reinforced the importance of dedication, connection and leadership.
My passion for leadership started long before real estate. It was nurtured in childhood through my involvement in 4-H, where I held various leadership positions from club officer to a Minnesota State 4-H Ambassador. That passion continued to grow and lead me to She Ascends Hiking and Wellness where I now serve as the Central Region Leader, overseeing 11 hiking guides across 31 counties. My goal is to help this community of women thrive by fostering growth and connection through our shared love of nature. One of the highlights of my year is hosting a weekend hiking retreat every fall. It’s a time for women to connect, unwind, and recharge-free from decision-making and stress.
This September marks the 4th retreat and every year it fills my heart to witness strangers becoming lifelong friends. I plan all of the hikes and cook fancy meals for everyone, and allow everyone to relax and connect.
Since joining The Broll Team as well as She Ascends, I’ve really leaned into meeting people where they are at. You will be able to pour into them and bring them up as a result. She Ascends has reminded me that you don’t always know what’s going on in the background. Start with kindness and be the best version of yourself every day! Leadership is about how we treat one another in everyday life and I believe begins with kindness. Thank you for being a part of my journey, I’m excited from the adventures ahead.
