Jamie enjoys being a part of people’s stories. With a background in reporting and writing, she is great at gathering details and managing processes. These skills support her role as Director of Operations & Talent at The Broll Team. She joined the team in 2016 and wears many hats; overseeing and managing operations, recruitment/talent acquisition, coaching agents, providing educational opportunities, and marketing. She received her Real Estate License in 2018. This has been beneficial in helping negotiate listings and understand all sides of the transaction. In addition, Jamie has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from South Dakota State University. Her favorite part of the job is working with all facets of people, along with the creativity and problem-solving that real estate requires.
