Jamie enjoys being a part of people’s stories. With a background in reporting and writing, she is great at gathering details and managing processes. These skills support her role as a Real Estate Agent and Director of Operations & Talent at The Broll Team. She joined the team in 2016 and wears many hats; overseeing and managing operations, recruitment/talent acquisition, coaching agents, providing educational opportunities, marketing and sales. She has been licensed since 2018. In additional, she has a bachelor's degree in Journalism form South Dakota State University. Her favorite part of the job is working with all facets of people, along with the creativity and problem-solving that real estate requires.
